Best House Project was formed with the idea of offering customers a craftsman’s approach to Design-Build Residential Remodeling. The same hands that sell you your project are the same that design and build your project.
Ideal projects are heavily focused on Bathroom Remodeling, but also include Kitchens, Basements, and Custom Carpentry projects.

What type of projects do you do?
Best House specializes in Bathroom Remodels, but also perform kitchen remodels, basement remodels, and custom carpentry projects.
Do you perform Handyman services?
Not at this time. Best House is a “Project” based company focusing on Projects with multiple trade focuses.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Most projects entail a design of 2 dimensional and if needed, 3-dimensional renderings.
How long have you been in business?
Best House Project LLC was established in 2021. Owner and Operator, Neal Blank, has 12 years experience as a business owner in the Residential Remodeling Industry with a total of 22 years in the Construction Industry.
What is the process in doing business with Best House Project?
First, give Neal a call at 937-479-1181 and introduce yourself and give a summary of your project. Once, there’s been initial contact and it’s decided that Best House Project is a good fit for your request; then an in-person meeting can be made. Once Neal Can investigate the job he can formulate the proposal. If the proposal looks good the designs can be rendered and the contract finalized. Then it's time to build!
How long does it take for Best House to start on a project?
Schedule start times vary and depending on the type of project, can possibly begin 1 month after initial contact. Normal lead times usually entail 3-6 months because of design procurement, contracting, and material selection/lead times.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Proof of Liability Insurance is available upon request.
What areas do you serve?
South Dayton and Northern Cincinnati.

MEET
This is the first face-to-face meeting.You’ll meet Neal and discuss your project goals and what you want to do. Neal will take pictures, measurements, and investigate the potential project so that an estimate can be formulated.
ESTIMATE/DESIGN
The next step can take anywhere from a couple days to several months. Once an estimate and general budget is agreed to, design renderings can be produced and finalized plan can be procured. Usually, there are several meetings to finalize this step.
SIGN
Once estimates and designs are completed, we’ll meet face to face to sign a contract and get you on the schedule! Lead times for contracted projects can vary from a few weeks to several months. But the quality is worth the wait!
BUILD
Last step is when Best House Project starts your Remodeling Project! You’ll have a schedule and consistent communication. The finished dream house is the just around the corner.
